Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order by writing to the Manager, lionsstore@millwallplc.com, The Den, Zampa Road, London, SE16 3LN.
In the case of goods supplied, your request to cancel must be received by the Millwall FC Lions Store within 7 working days starting with the day on which the goods are delivered.

If you decide to cancel, you will be responsible for:

  1. Keeping the goods in good condition and
  2. All costs involved in returning the goods supplied to the Millwall FC Lions Store.

You DO NOT have the right to return the goods or cancel an order involving:

  1. Goods provided to personal specifications 
  2. Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, although they can be exchanged if faulty
  3. Books or magazines
  4. Custom printed shirts or shorts.

How do I return my order?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 28 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. Returns should be marked for attention of:

We would advise that you send the goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery. As Millwall FC cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.
